I am traveling all the time and I am able to get my messages wherever I am in the world. It is so easy and I never miss a message.
Hyper-mobility has been a key focus of our company. The ability to service our clients when on the road and appear as though we are always readily available has been paramount in proving to our clients that their needs are the center of our business model. The ease of use with the mobile app has been a huge help as well since a large number of our staff are not very "tech savvy". 8x8 has helped jettison our company to a whole new level of customer service and availability.
8x8 provides a secure, stable and scalable telephony platform for our small law firm, enabling us to cost-effectively manage calls to/from offices in multiple locations. There is no one best feature, as so many features are truly outstanding and well-executed, although if I really had to pick, I would pick the desktop appliance that permits us to operate an "integrated virtual office," which means our phone systems allows many attorneys in different offices and cities to operate as though we're all in the same office.
I am Logesh managing recruiting for Nutanix India, APAC and EMEA. I make multiple international calls while travelling and 8x8 iOS app has very good voice clarity with LTE and WIFI and i stopped buying new sim card if i am in a new country.
We love 8 x8 for several reasons. One of the best features is being able to text our clients and have them text us back directly through our office number. It has helped to maintain contact and improve customer service and satisfaction immensely. 8x8 gives me the freedom to untether from my phone. Checking voicemails delivered straight to my inbox is a breeze and makes it easy to triage my call-backs!
I am always on the go and often away from my office phone. I love getting instant voicemail alerts in my email. These alerts allow me to respond immediately and I never feel out of the loop.
