The analytic options and metrics provided in such a simple GUI. A detailed an self explanatory cost analysis of all expenses. Amazing platform for such a minimal expense. As a small team in a growing business we depend on clear communications with our clients. What we are a small company with 6 employees. We all work from home. We work in 5 different cities and 2 different states. With the auto-attendant calls can be routed to the appropriate extension or group of extensions. This way a call is always answered and most customers don't know that the person we transfer a call to isn't down the hall. The other product that works well with us not being in the same office is the bridge. We use this a lot for meetings.
8x8 is state of the art with it's technology. At the same time very user friendly! Keep doing what you do best!! Scott
I love that everything is in one place and I can monitor and integrate all my phone calls with the click of a mouse. There are so many things that we at Big Buzz Idea Group LOVE about 8x8!!! One of our favorite benefits is that the 8x8 platform allows us to never miss a call! The ability to transfer our calls to any device that is connected to the internet makes it really easy to field calls and receive messages!
