Speed & reability
8x8 is an excellent phone system. I love the fact that it is a self service system that includes all aspects of managing the phone system. The call routing and remote coverage changes are simple to set up and modify. I love that each call is recorded and I can listen to our calls at anytime. I would highly recommend this system.
The first class tech support. They actually are familiar with their product. They don't read from a script and you can understand what they say.
It stays with me, down the hall on my mobile phone with bluetooth and everywhere there is wifi (including my trips to China, although getting up in the middle of the night is a drag). It's simple, easy and great.
I can be anywhere and make calls on my cell as if I am calling from my office phone. I love the chat feature and of course the call forwarding.

Well, simply: I work in member service. Came to work one morning in 2015 and got introduced to 8x8. In the beginning like any new system it was a little intimidating but once I got comfortable with the system and all it call do to support customer service its pretty excellent.
