I own a small insurance business and I downloaded 8X8 application in my cell phone. I went to Bali , Indonesia last July 04,2016 with my cell phone. I was able to issue the biggest insurance policy in the remote island of Indonesia. There is WI FI in a small caf� while having breakfast and a customer from Los Angeles called my virtual office phone 916-740-1212 and I answered that phone in Bali. What I love about 8x8 is that I can be at my office phone even away from my desk by using my laptop or any other device. When travelling out of the country, I can still call from my office line.

What I love is that I am able to keep in touch with my clients virtually everywhere I go. Txt or call.
We love being able to communicate with anyone in our whole company through out the united states with the touch of a four digit extension and directory. Being able to see the history of missed calls with callback numbers on the desktop when you return is a real plus.
I managed to integrate it with out SalesForce and now we have an easy and efficient click to dial system that also records all of our conversations even from cell phone app, desktop, or headset.
