8x8 is a great solution for our business which is actually a church. The whole point about communication is to stay connected. Whether that is selling a product or helping a person we need to communicate well. 8x8 helps us communicate hope, joy, and at times a heart felt sadness through loss. 8x8 gives us freedom to stay connected whether in the office, in the car, or at home. We get to stay connected to the people that matter most.

I t all started one day last year in the middle of a school year at that. We had made the switch the a new fiber line with gig speed for our school and all was well, so we thought for about 3 weeks then it happened! crash went our phones we called for help which your support people were ever so kind and helpful but nothing was working, we couldn't figure out what went wrong. We had all our phones one by one go down for 2 weeks we tried in vain the fix whatever was the issue. UNM university of New Mexico sent over 2 different... read more

My favorite part of 8x8 services is the simplicity of integration with email voice mails, and use of the mobile app. It allows you to stray away from your desk for a few hours or days but still allow customers and clients to reach you. What makes that part great is that you don't have to give out your mobile number, so you can sign out and not worry about night and weekend phone calls!

We love getting emails with the voicemails! When we are traveling for shows or away we are able to make sure any important matter is taken care of!

When we started our search for a phone system, it was complicated and confusing. In discussion with one of our fellow business associates about this process, they referred us to 8 X 8. In short order it was made sense of by their team, and ended up actually being less expensive. Upon execution their team was attentive and attended to what we needed to make the system function as promised. It seems that most businesses struggle to deliver what was promised...I can't say that for 8 X 8.
