I've had a unit for almost 6 years and was used to pushing buttons to open the gate and using a key for the padlock on my unit. Now it's all apps and things I'm not used to. HOWEVER, Rigo spent SO MUCH TIME explaining the new things including the change in payment method while also helping to change other account information. He was very, very patient and polite. I'm still apprehensive until I get some tech-y stuff straightened out, but I know if I need help, Rigo is committed to complete customer satisfaction.

The ability to drive up to your unit and the usage of app-based locks are super convenient for people who visit their storage often. However, the dust, critters, and expense just don't make sense for a long term renter like me. With small increases to my price over the last 5 years, my rental cost suddenly increased 30% with only 30 days notice which made staying at A-Family no longer feasible.
