I've had a unit for almost 6 years and was used to pushing buttons to open the gate and using a key for the padlock on my unit. Now it's all apps and things I'm not used to. HOWEVER, Rigo spent SO MUCH TIME explaining the new things including the change in payment method while also helping to change other account information. He was very, very patient and polite. I'm still apprehensive until I get some tech-y stuff straightened out, but I know if I need help, Rigo is committed to complete customer satisfaction.

The ability to drive up to your unit and the usage of app-based locks are super convenient for people who visit their storage often. However, the dust, critters, and expense just don't make sense for a long term renter like me. With small increases to my price over the last 5 years, my rental cost suddenly increased 30% with only 30 days notice which made staying at A-Family no longer feasible. The staff has been very helpful both on the phone and in person.
Renting this storage unit was very easy, and Michael the manager, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and also accommodating in helping with the app and how everthing should work. It was a very smooth process, and I am very happy I chose this facility. The storage units are clean, and secure. I will recommend to all my family and friends anytime they are in need of storage. I dealt with Joe from the beginning and he was great 👍. The last person I was in contact there last was a good experience. However the person I had to deal with was a young man and I'm sorry can't remember names, he wasn't so good. Now that said I would at this point recommend this storage facility to anyone. For almost 10 years you have been as good as it gets thank you very much!!!!!😊👍❤️
Demonstrated an honest business practice. Although the lack of climate control caused me a financial deficit via damaged goods. Please ensure when you sell a climate controlled unit, that it is properly serviced before putting it on the market.
