The staff has been very helpful both on the phone and in person.
Renting this storage unit was very easy, and Michael the manager, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and also accommodating in helping with the app and how everthing should work. It was a very smooth process, and I am very happy I chose this facility. The storage units are clean, and secure. I will recommend to all my family and friends anytime they are in need of storage. I dealt with Joe from the beginning and he was great 👍. The last person I was in contact there last was a good experience. However the person I had to deal with was a young man and I'm sorry can't remember names, he wasn't so good. Now that said I would at this point recommend this storage facility to anyone. For almost 10 years you have been as good as it gets thank you very much!!!!!😊👍❤️
Demonstrated an honest business practice. Although the lack of climate control caused me a financial deficit via damaged goods. Please ensure when you sell a climate controlled unit, that it is properly serviced before putting it on the market.

Basically great storage but the cost of the unit more then doubled in price from when I first rented the unit so that’s what drove me to move all the stuff into my garage.
There are not enough words in the English language to express my hatred for this company: I am a many year tenant with 11 rental spaces, now 3 as they sold a very expensive space ($75.000 +) without the proper, legal notice. 45 years of gun, antique and ammo collections are gone to some skell with the highest bid, illegally. I understand that now with the "keyless" system they know exactly what you have in your spot. This comes in handy when they want to "sell" your spot.
