From 2019 at $141 monthly, the current ownership had me jacked up to $218 monthly.
3 rate hikes in 2 years, spent more time getting into unit with crappy electric locks, lost on site manager and had to go to 2 property for any help, rented from another property for half the price and more convenient.
Basically great storage but the cost of the unit more then doubled in price from when I first rented the unit so that’s what drove me to move all the stuff into my garage.
There are not enough words in the English language to express my hatred for this company: I am a many year tenant with 11 rental spaces, now 3 as they sold a very expensive space ($75.000 +) without the proper, legal notice. 45 years of gun, antique and ammo collections are gone to some skell with the highest bid, illegally. I understand that now with the "keyless" system they know exactly what you have in your spot. This comes in handy when they want to "sell" your spot.
RV Storage was great, secure and convenient location. The big problem was the raise in the space rent, 30% raise in rates is not acceptable to me. that is not “keeping up with inflation “
Good storage but the huge prices increase for a small unit was unacceptable.
