Very well, my reason for calling was completed to my satisfaction
Got my problem solved. Everything was done in a professional manner..
Never received my new debit card. Address was incorrect. I attempted to correct it many times online but because my mother is the primary on the account I was unable to correct it. My card had been returned and was being held. The teller who helped me corrected it right away and sent someone upstairs to find my card. So it was a decent experience.
Everyone at A+FCU is always very friendly and helpful. I always feel welcome.
