Absolute Garbage, don't travel out of state without warning daddy, they will cancel your card even after over the phone verification. Then make you wait 3 +weeks for new card. 1,400 miles away and their best solution was to fly 1,400 miles back to Austin just to pick up a card... coming from a institution that champions Climate Change.

I have been a member for years but last year I had an almost $7,000.00 fraudulent charge on my account that Aplus still has not resolved. I am now having to get a lawyer against a bank that is supposed to be protecting my money.

Worst bank I’ve ever experienced, the double charge your account, and then hit your account with all these late fees , chase bank is better than this bank . DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY

The bank teller that just "helped" me needs to learn how to speak, smile, and be friendly. Kiaera withdrew my money when I asked for it to be transferred from my CD and had the worst attitude about correcting it. She didn't even ask for clarification or apologize. She didn't say much at all or engage in conversation. The other bank teller was super friendly but Kiaera just acted like she hated her job. Y'all need to tell her to cheer up or get a new job. This is not the first interaction I've had with her.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. My wife and I have a loan through A+ Federal Credit Union and are required to have insurance to cover the vehicle in the event of a loss. Our policy lapsed and we were sent a letter from the institution stating we would be charged $2215.00 for a insurance policy by the Federal Credit Union. We then received a notification stating once we purchased new insurance the Credit Union policy would be removed and our policy would be in force; however, my wife and I received a not... read more

Rude and condescending. Avoid Round Rock, Texas/ Mays St. Location. Treated like a non paying customer is hard to swallow, the lack of manners is rough to deal with too
