This was my first time purchasing a home and it was a learning experience! But, I quickly learned that A. Leonard Weathers was the right person to handle our unique case wherein I purchased property that I rented/lived and paid monthly rent for. Needless to say without his personal and professional techniques/knowledge it would not have been a very smooth process. I would recommend, Leonard Weathers and Leader One to anyone who does not understand the mortgage processes.
