RecommendedI have a contract with A to Z so twice a year they come out and inspect my air conditioner or furnace. I have confidence in their appraisal and have never felt like they said something was needed that wasn't because basically everything has always been fine! If I need service throughout the year I will be given discounts on parts and labor because I have contract and I like that. I am more than satisfied.

RecommendedMy AC went out and I called A to Z. The tech, Robert, was very professional and polite. He was very quick to troubleshoot the problem and not only fixed the problem but detected some issues I was about to have in the near future and corrected them. He also adjusted my fan motor speed and got better efficiency out of my AC. I couldn’t be happier with the how fast and professional the experience was. I tech sound systems for a living and Robert is a top notch troubleshooter. I highly recommend.
