My AC went out and I called A to Z. The tech, Robert, was very professional and polite. He was very quick to troubleshoot the problem and not only fixed the problem but detected some issues I was about to have in the near future and corrected them. He also adjusted my fan motor speed and got better efficiency out of my AC. I couldn’t be happier with the how fast and professional the experience was. I tech sound systems for a living and Robert is a top notch troubleshooter. I highly recommend.
They came to our rescue right away did not waste any time at all. I couldn’t be happier.
Office staff was very friendly, was easy to schedule appointment. Repair tech (Robert) was very prompt and explained the problem to me, performed the repair, ran the system to make sure it was working properly... he left me with a smile and with air conditioning again! We were without A/C for several days during this sizzling heat. We had another trusted company we use scheduled but they couldn’t come out until late the following week. My best friend recommended that I contact A to Z. She stated how many times she had used them and said she had even switched over to using A to Z exclusively.
