They were very good at explaining things. The problem was fixed, I recommended them last year to my daughter when she had problems with her boiler. We have used them 3 times and are pleased with the outcome. I would recommend them to my friends.
I called them this morning due to my furnace making a loud noise. Within a few hours someone was out to check my furnace. Found out my furnace was shot. Had the guys come out and install my new furnace. Very respectful guys, friendly and fast. Let me know about another issue that needed attention. I would highly recommend this company.

I was without gas after DTE moved my meter outside causing leaks in all the gas line connections. They did a great job replacing the pipes. A special thanks to Lisa for finding the part for the water heater, she sure went the extra mile. Thanks also toChris McKay for finally getting me hot water after a week without. I’ve been using A to Z for years and they are great!
Bart, the sales rep is very personable and fully knowledgeable regarding the furnace we recently had installed. His quote for a very nice high efficiency American Standard (highly rated) came out lower than the other companies we received estimates for. He sold the product without bashing other companies and didn't try to sell us extra work to be done to increase our heat/ac to our upstairs bungalow. My hot water tank went out in my home today. I called A to Z and within an hour they were at my home to install a brand new tank. The installation guys went above and beyond and replaced gas lines, gas shut off valve, redid my copper plumbing water supply to my tank, and also replaced the ventilation tubing and brought everything to code! They were $500 cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe’s for the exact same tank and installation! I had my furnace installed a few years ago and thankfully it’s been working great. I called and they came out quick! Very pleased with the service.
We had to have our extremely old furnace replaced. We called A to Z and Bart gave us a very reasonable estimate. We called a couple of weeks later and they scheduled our install for 2 days later. George and Steve were our installers and they did an amazing job!! They walked us through every step of what was going to be done and even advised us of how loud it may get. Our furnace started blowing soot, feeling concerned after researching this particular issue I called A to Z and without hesitation they came out the morning of the initial call. The salesman James was nice and honest about his recommendation. Later in the same day Josh and Tim arrived and began the tare out of old furnace and installed the new unit in a timely manner. They were very pleasant to work with and their knowledge was appreciated. I would recommend A to Z to anyone looking for Furnace and/or A/C needs.
