A to Z is The BEST! They'll be my 1st Choice from now on. My furnace had shut down - blower motor. I called 4 places, including 'A to Z' & all were unable to come. Kent Lorentz, tech f/ 'A to Z', then called back after less than 1hr & said he'd be here in 10 min. He came, replaced the motor, fully inspected the HVAC system & gave me some great advice on my AC usage. Put "A to Z" & Kent's name in your phone file for your FIRST Choice in Heating & Cooling!
I'm very pleased with the entire experience. From estimate to install completion, Jerry and his crew worked with us to get us heat, and to make sure we were safe, and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service by a great team. Needed a central air unit ASAP. My spouse is asthmatic and we're on a budget. Kent came out, was honest about the situation (our old unit was 20 years old and already had a booster/boot on it to help jumpstart the compressor). He contacted a sales rep, explained our situation. The sales rep was great, he knocked off $250 off the unit and installation was done first thing Monday morning (it was Friday at 4 pm when the darn thing died).
