Kent came out, was honest about the situation (our old unit was 20 years old and already had a booster/boot on it to help jumpstart the compressor). He contacted a sales rep, explained our situation. The sales rep was great, he knocked off $250 off the unit and installation was done first thing Monday morning (it was Friday at 4 pm when the darn thing died).
