I love this practice, however they are going through a transition of electronic records and are experiencing delays. However, I have spent over 30 minutes (still going) trying to get a sick chick appt. After 10 minutes on hold, it offers a message with a 24 hours call back, OR you hang up and start all over. With a sick kid, this isn't acceptable.
Dr Peck and Dr Owens are amazing! We love the NPs and front desk staff as well. My daughter is 2 now, and they always get her in for any emergencies or any check up appointments that she needs. They are very friendly and very timely in getting us in, and out. We love NBPA!
My son has seen the same pediatrician since birth so I was a little skeptical having to switch him.... I walked into the office and was immediately given horrible vibes from the *young little blonde* at the front. She was rude, very unwelcoming and I could go on but I won't because the sweet lady who did my sons eye exam and MISS REAGAN/REGAN were both absolutely amazing. We were new patients to Dr. Rieger and she is awesome! We went in for my son's 3 year check up and he was super nervous and acting a bit wild, but she was so understanding and patient with him! The nurses and front desk were all super friendly and nice!
Dr. Reiger has been seeing my kids for a couple of years and we LOVE her! She takes her time during appointments, she listens and her bed side manner is just fantastic! Her support staff is also amazing! Front office is welcoming and the nurse is super friendly!! Highly Recommend!
We have been using NB pediatrics for 15+ years for our children and love them!!! Highly recommend them. Staff is amazing too.

I absolutely LOVE this office! The staff is awesome and they do their best to get you in as soon as possible. My kiddos have been with Dr Weinberg since 2015 and I have 0 complaints. I would also like to give Ramona in billing a an amazing review. She has always been so helpful and gone out of her way to help! Highly recommend this group!
We moved to the New Braunfels area a year ago. My 15 year old son had a viral infection and we went to an urgent care clinic where he was wrongly prescribed an antibiotic. After being sick for over seven days with a high fever I was able to get an appointment right away with Dr Mark Statler at New Braunfels Pediatrics. My boys have being seeing Dr Rieger and she is great with them. The office staff is also very nice and professional.
