We have taken out son here since birth. We see Dr. Massey and she is great! She is very patient and listens to all of our concerns. The nurses are very helpful and return calls promptly. When Dr. Massey is unavailable they have always accommodated us and seen our son whenever the need arises. I highly recommend this practice.

My family (with 2 boys, ages 6 and 3) have been with NB Pediatrics for over 5 years, and it's not until the most recent doctor visit that merits a review from us. My little one has multiple infections that had us revisit the doctor's office 3 times this week. Dr. Rieger (a good doctor) suspected a possible viral septic joints (hip/knee joint pains in one leg with fever). My children have been seen by the wonderful physicians here since 2006. Sarah Reiger is their doctor but we have also been seen by Owens and Sattler when she is not available. They also have a nice pocket of nurse practitioners who come in handy. One of our favorite nurses is Tasha. Very sweet. In general the staff is nurturing and caring. New Braunfels pediatrics was the place to go when I was a kid and now I take both my boys! They even see the same pediatrician I did growing up- Dr. Sarah Reiger. When we can't see her we normally see PA Reagan! Wonderful women of medicine!!

Dr. Stateler - very thorough. He takes the time to look back at the child's entire history. He is the only doctor there that truly utilizes the records. He is moody, does not have the people skills. Always overdiagnoses. I don't always agree on his treatment plans. But, if something is seriously wrong with one of my three kids he's the man. Dr. Weinberg - I like him, but he can be condescending. EVERYTHING has gone downhill since they sold the practice. Disorganized, ill-informed, slow responses, if you can get a hold of anyone at all to answer your question. Not good.

We were patients for many, many years. We had amazing experiences with every doctor, nurse, secretary and staff member prior to the corporate take-over. We left the practice due to this (and our pediatrician retiring). Even when the company was bought-out, the local staff were so great. However...Due to the corporate take-over, the management of New Braunfels Pediatrics has gone downhill. Post might be a little long but I would like to be thorough... My son has been seeing Dr. Statler at New Braunfels Pediatrics since he was born & he is 7 years old now. Unfortunately yesterday was his last visit due to Dr. Statler's remarks & lack of professionalism. I was needing paperwork regarding my sons ADHD that his school needs for their own records.
