My 90-year-old mother has been a resident at Aberdeen for just over 1 1/2 years. We evaluated several local assisted living facilities in the Tulsa area prior to selecting Aberdeen, based on three primary conditions: 1) resident support, assistance, personal care, 2) food quality (the food is excellent!), and 3) overall cost. My Mother, [name removed], moved to Aberdeen Heights 3-years ago and it has been nothing but an AMAZING and WONDERFUL experience. After the first week there, although missing her home of many years, she felt that "Aberdeen" was now her NEW home {"My second chapter in Life"... she referred to it as}. Very comfy, helpful and caring about MY situation. Honest, too offered to help with info even after they knew it wasn't going to work out for us to put mom there.

I wish I had know about this place years ago. My dad fell in love with this place before the initial tour was over. He has not been happy where he was and the difference between this place and the one he left are like night and day. I’ve not seen him this happy in years.

My mother moved into this community in mid-November, and we have been so pleased with everything about Aberdeen Heights. The staff, nurses, and aids are all exceptional. Everyone has made an effort to assist my mother in her adjustment to a new community. There is an overall friendly, positive atmosphere that is reflected in the happiness of the residents!

I had a lovely tour of this community. This is a beautiful community, and everyone was very kind to my family, and I. The community looked great, everything was very well-kept. The staff was helpful, and our questions were answered. It was a nice experience, but they were not able to provide the level of care my mother needed. It was not the one for us, but it is a community I would recommend.

I thought the tour I had was very nice. The staff and care was all good. I believe one would be happy here. But based on our needs the care was not suitable.

The staff at Aberdeen welcomed us in with open arms. They realize that the decision to move our mother was a family decision and had endless patience with our questions and concerns. They did everything they could to make the transition as easy as possible. The director Anita and Robin who was our first contact really listened to my concerns and suggestions for helping my mother feel more comfortable once we moved her in. Such a clean and cozy HOME for my mother! And the food is delicious!! We are very happy with our choice ... read more

I would rate them very highly. It's very clean, and the staff is friendly. They are responsive and have good communication. We haven't had any complaints. The food is awesome, we were amazed. They have activities fairly often, perhaps a little more variety would be nice. It's hard to do something everyone likes, and they really do a good job.
