I took my dog in to be examined for Kennel cough when his original vet was too booked. His original vet told me that it sounds mild from my description and should go away on its own. Well when it didn't I brought him into Above and Beyond. They told me my 8 month old puppy was too active to be examined. He was in a new place and with it being curbside I could not go in with him. Absolutely disgusting to turn away a wounded pet because of a “meeting.” Good luck with that damage control.

Horrible people. I will never go after they refused care to a bleeding animal and man. That couple risked a lot to get that dog (that didn’t even belong to them) some care, and I guarantee your meeting wasn’t more important than who you claim to “treat like family.”
Shame on you Above and Beyond you should change your name to below and behind. Refusing to treat an injured and bleeding dog while you have a staff meeting BAD
Refusing care to an injured animal to finish a staff meeting... this doesn’t sound like a place I would ever want to set foot in, their hearts aren’t in the right place. I would never trust them to take care of my animals.
Absolutely horrible. You refused care to an injured animal because of a staff meeting. Let me tell ya something. I work in human medicine and I don't care if I'm in a staff meeting, eating in the cafeteria or just roaming the halls if there is an emergency I am dropping everything to help. There are multiple people involved in this and you terminated a single employee. Absolutely disgusting.
