I do not recommend taking your dog to this clinic. I brought my dog in for an emergency situation and the entire time the team was focused on getting my credit card on file and asked me 10 times about paying my bill before I ever checked my dog out of the clinic. The staff was dispassionate and the veterinarian was inexperienced. I pulled my dog out of there the same afternoon and took her to another clinic in town. Above and Beyond...Not so much... Called and got an estimate and made a appointment to board our 2 dogs. This entailed communicating what services were needed for their 3 day stay. Update all boosters, nail clip and bath. Seems simple enough right? At drop off was put through a up-sale drill and asked if I brought food?!? No one at the time of the appointment said we would have to bring food! Told the young lady to just stick to the services asked for when we made the appointment. My dogs were glad to see me as usual but I was was I price shocked. No where else are fecal test required or influenza as well. I was expecting @ least a $200 fee for boarding 3 nights and I paid $333.40 for tested required. After I told clients about the price. They told me that too had switched after The original owners passed way. Never will I recommend this place.

Horrible people, horrible service. The way they spoke to my wife in such an unprofessional manner and a so called manager named Nicole hung up on her when my wife called them to ask them about everything they did to her puppy. The way they handled her puppy && putting notes on his account saying "minimal care" Then to try and take credit and saying they reached out to get my wife help, it's just a disgrace.
