This is the kind of place that turns people away with their dying dog (hit by a car) in hand because they are having a "staff meeting." Then goes on to lie about "firing the employee that turned us away" on Facebook. The whole staff was right inside, and all chose to ignore my wife. I'm not sure firing one person will repair the culture of this establishment.
a friend that was injured from saving an injured dog, said they were turned away by a worker because they had a stupid staff meeting! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND HEARTLESS!!! Spreading the word on this!
This so called pet “hospital” is about as good as the closed down Twisted Spigot and Bikinis Bar, as you should close the doors like the previous businesses have. To turn down someone’s family member because it would inconvenience and disrupt a staff meeting is ethically and morally disgusting. I am so thankful neither of my dogs come here and I will make sure anyone that I know with animals will never set foot in this place.
I hope you address the story about turning away the dog that was hit by a car. I couldn’t take my beloved dog to someone that didn’t have an animals best interest at heart. Meeting or not.

I’ve just read a story where a dog was hit and brought here and turned down, due to a staff meeting? A dog was dying and bleeding but your “qualified medical” turned them down so you could finish a meeting? Not sure the name of your pet hospital fits your services.

Linda Hileen Oliver, this incident was brought to our attention this afternoon via a Google review. The staff member responsible for turning these good samaritans and injured pet away, has since been terminated and is no longer employed at our hospital. We extend our sincerest apologies, as this kind of mistake should have never happened.
I have called them twice about my sick furbabies. I’m not anew client both times they have turned me away. I took my babies to different veterinarians that helped my babies. 1 of them had to be put down and 1 had to stay the night. Will never bring my babies back to this insensitive place I will never recommend here either.

My husband and I recently took a trip and I scheduled our dog to stay here. I called several days before we dropped her off to check to make sure she was up to date on everything, because we don't use them as a Vet for our dog. I was told everything was good by Renae, who has been there a long time and Abby, my dog was good on everything. I go to drop her of on the day our flight is leaving and I'm told that she will need another $100 in vaccines and a rectal/fecal exam.
