The appointment was short and sweet. The doctor was awesome and informative and I know if I have ANY questions or concerns I will be able to address them quickly. Very happy so far and already feeling better.

this program is awsome worked like a charm along with exercise and counting calories i lost 55 lbs in about 10 months. only thing i woukd like is to be able to do tgw maintenance part i do have to whatch what i eat to be able to stay on track
