I had a bad experience with a dentist back when I was a teenager, and it soured me on dentists. Under a recommendation from a friend, I decided to try Academy Dental and they are amazing. They removed stained coloring from my teeth, and I am able to floss better now from what the dental hygienist did. The staff is always friendly, and they even seem to really enjoy working there. The dentist answered all of my questions without blowing me off (like the last dentist I had).

I've been going to Academy Dental for years. Staff is always friendly. I get regular cleanings done & also had braces done here. No issues or concerns. I did see a question about payment plans. I can say I was able to make monthly payments to cover the $2,500 fee (my insurance only covered half) for my braces. I'll continue to come here. Small office but they know what they're doing.

I have to disagree with the person who said something about customer service. I myself have never had any issues with any of the staff. They have always been very nice and try to be accommodating as much as possible. The only thing negative that I would have to say is if you can't keep an appointment and you give adequate notice, they can't get you in for the time you need for 2 months and when your child is wearing braces and shouldn't wait that long you have no choice but to keep the appointment. We have been patients at academy dental for some time now. The office is super clean and nice. The staff always seems to be friendly. They do tend to charge more I think compared to other offices. Getting an appointment can also be a bit of hassle, even if there's an emergency. Overall though up in this area they are pretty much as good as it gets.

Don't waste your time with this business . I called in few time and even email them with the information they needed . They said will reach out following day to schedule appointment never got a call or email been over 2 months no reply

I've been going to this dentist for years, & I've had no issues. Recently, I contacted them to inquire about something to protect my bottom teeth from using a cpap machine. They scheduled an appointment with the regular dentist. I went in & he told me that's not something he could help with. I'd need to see an orthodontist. That was a colossal waste of time, & I don't understand why they scheduled me with a regular dentist. Anyway, I went in to see their orthodontist a week later.
