They try to rip you off. I was there 6 months ago for my standard cleaning. They told me I have bad teeth and have to come in every 4 months instead of 6. Then said my insurance won't cover the extra cleaning so I would have to pay out of pocket. I said no thanks, I'll come when my insurance coves it. They said they weren't scheduling for 6 months out, only 4 months (red flag 1) so I'd have to call in a few months. Why would they not be scheduling 6 months out? They have terrible communication skills between employee and client and with their oral surgeon department. I feel like no one knows the correct answer and you're just bounced around all the time and the one thing that they do care about is getting money. My appointments were either cancelled without me knowing it or we're just not properly scheduled I do not get confirmation on when my appointments are. I am a new patient and I have never felt more frustrated than ever. I would not recommend this place to any new client.

I called and told them what was going on with my tooth, my dentist was not equipped to handle this and needed a specialist. They made an appt and did tell me there would be a $75 charge-I thought they would be working on the tooth. I was taken to the back, I gave the gal 2 sets of x-rays, mine, and told them what was happening to the tooth. The dentist came in, looked at my x-rays, checked in my mouth standing there and said yes, that's what you need, took me to financial and they proceeded to give me prices. I have been coming here for over ten years. The customer service has gone downhill. Unfortunately so bad that i feel the need to switch dentists. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE!! They are more concerned about making money than their patients. Their staff is rude and the office is very unprofessional. Left several messages for the staff and nobody will return your calls. Everytime you go in they tell you that you need work done. Please think twice before using this office. I wonder how much work my son had that was not really necessary. STAY AWAY!!! Rating this office 1 star is being generous.

Worst experience you could have at a dentist office.. The secretary's are some of the most rude people ive met. They treat you like they could careless about your buisness. Its almost like your annoying them by coming there. Easy fix, never go there again.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They ruined my teeth - they did multiple fillings on me. I went to get one of my fillings fixed (one they put in less than a week before) and the dentist (a younger man) didn't believe that I could still feel them drilling. Instead of numbing me more, my dentist took the air hose and pumped air INTO THE OPEN HOLE IN MY TOOTH, I seen stars, and pain that sent me through the roof. Pocket Pickers. In my opinion, they do good work and the staff is nice. Very thorough in teeth care. The problem, they like hitting you with unexpected charges. Example: I made 3 appointments for cleanings 6mos apart ( Ins covered) , I go in for my 2nd cleaning and I'm charged $75 for a "Maintenance" appointment. What I rec'd was a different tech doing the exact same thing that I'd been rec'g 4 cleaning appointments prior. Things like this happen fairly often at this office. DO NOT GO HERE!!! me and my family have been going here our whole lives and have so many problems with the work they have done on our teeth. I finally went to see another dentist and they said that all my problems are due to poor dental work my whole life. Now I'm stuck paying thousands of dollars to fix all their mistakes. I've heard complaints about this place from other patients as well. Just wanted to warn you all if you read this.... Go somewhere else :)
