Horrible food. Made the entire family sick in an hour after eating dinner at the oyster house.
We arrived at the restaurant at 1:20 and we received our last plate of food at 2:40. There were several tables that came after us and left before we talk to our waitress about the wait. She kept apologizing that it was a rush and our food was late because we had a large table. We had to ask for the adult beverages 30 minutes later and we couldn’t order anymore because the waitress never came back to the table. I was extremely disappointed and I won’t be back.
Customer service stunk to say the least, starting with the hostesses. After getting seated, it is unacceptable to sit and wait for 15 minutes and never have someone to greet us much less take even a drink order. Observed at least 7 employees standing around talking while 2 others seemed to be the only ones working. Step it up Baton Rouge!
You go to the bar to get a drink. They tell you you can’t order a drink you have to sit at a table . ? Why have a bar ?
