10/31/21…Did not enjoy my visit… service was very slow… ordered oysters and they brought them after we finished our food .. cold and dried to the shell… ordered catfish and shrimp platter… do not believe this was catfish think it was swai passed as catfish…. Waiter told us we had choice of 2 sides on each platter and charged us extra for sides … he says he didn’t know and was sorry did we need him to take it off??? The captains platter is definitely not enough food for 2 people. Mine only came with two pieces of fish and a boatload of fries at $42.00 wow what a ripoff!! I called the supervisor and he didn’t know how many pieces of each item should be on a $42.00 meal shocking I won’t return.

My husband and I ordered raw oysters on the half shell. They were not cut off of the shell and were very muddy with a lot of shell in them. The oysters were not served on a bed of ice and were not cold. When we told our server her response was “well they normally aren’t served on ice.” No apology or anything. I’m not one to complain about the service industry and I’ve always loved ACME in the past but tonight was horrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY TIME SOON!

FIRST & LAST TIME eating here! WORST SERVICE EVER! Waited almost 2 hours for a table after being skipped over multiple times, the manager was VERY rude and obnoxious. The food was TERRIBLE! & Flies kept flying around! — Lastly, we ordered chargrilled oysters and were told afterwards that we could not take NONE of the oysters home that we paid for, the waiter NEVER informed us about this and therefore we had to leave food we paid for and DID NOT eat! Food was good but service sucked bad.
Myself along with my wife, sister-in-law, daughter and friend attempted to get seating at the Baton Rouge Acme and we're told we had to wait because all the seating g that was for more than 4 was occupied. There were at least 10 tables that could seat 4 but apparently the hostess does not have the authority to make such a decision. I took my party and left and went to Parrain's.
