I purchase my new A/C system from Action Cooling Heating over a year ago when the one that I had was about to fail. The installation went very well. They came when promised and the job took the amount of time they estimated. Since the installation, I have had 2 maintenance visits where the techs checked my system and cleaned what needed to be cleaned. I had on service call when I lost power to the thermostat. My contact was Chase. He was concerned about correcting our duct work which was installed sloppy when house was built as well as reacting to our only three year old Lennox system which failed and we had no AC in very hot and humid weather. Installers were very courteous , worked long hours and made sure no mess inside the house .
