I find it interesting that Chase is the first technician in 2 1/2 years to call this problem to my attention. I have not been happy with your service techs until Chase came along and I want to be my technician in the future

Not much of a call copy old paperwork check nothing & leave. I could do that... in past inspections & cleaning has been better.
Frank and Amit arrived to provide maintenance check up. I asked Frank to install 2 Uv replacement lights. He could not remove the panel to access the coil due to rusted bolt. He didn’t have the right tool to remove it. I need to reschedule someone to come again and remove it. Also said refrigerant was down about 1 pound. The compressor has been replaced less than 2 years ago. Possible seal leak. Needs advice on this repair also. Other than a few readings showed a little higher amp draw from last time. My AC went down for unknown reason at the time. Action came out quickly assessed the problem and informed me. I needed a complete new system. In 2 days I was up and running.
