Robert did a great job. One of the units that is only a couple years old is giving us some trouble already. If it fails as quickly as that we will most likely find another company to sevice our home. I think that would mean 7 new units in 8 years !

Still waiting to hear from Mark concerning low refriderant reading and techs unable to acess coils due to rusted bolts. Doesn't bod well for future references if communication is this poor after maintenance visit by 2 different techs. Frank and a week later by Andrew. Andrew promised to relay onfo to Mark and he would call me. Nothing!

I was contacted in August about scheduling an semi annual inspection. I stated I would be available after October 1st and we scheduled an appointment for October 5. An agent contacted me and we rescheduled for the 3rd. The technician named Andrew arrived as scheduled and did the inspection and also answered any questions I asked and answered them in a clear concise and understandable manner. I am very pleased so far with your company
