The person that came to check the air conditioner was not professional at all. I asked him a question and I think he didn't like to be questioned. Also he chipped the door in my bedroom.

Unit was working perfect when arrived. After check up possible A coil leak and recharge. When attempted restart NO fan operation and 307.00 cost. Unit restarted worked for 18 hours then failed again. Had to call for after hours on Saturday and Kyle get me going. I am putting a stop on credit card charge.

Showed up last friday but only to take a look at what had to be done. Showed up again on monday but had the wrong UV light and filters. I was told i would be contacted later that day to schedule a third visit but have not yet been contacted.

All I seen was a glorified salesman trying to sell me everything he could!!! Had the air conditioner installed a year ago and had to pay $300 for 2 light bulbs that he said needed replaced. Wanted me to put 2 more intakes in. Wanted me to pay over $500 for surge protector. That I feel should have been done when installed. When it was installed it took two times before meeting inspection. Wish I had of went elsewhere.

Everything was working fine when they had gotten there. He then told me that my air conditioning was shot I had someone come over the next morning and said they had disconnected one of the condensers from the thermostat sounds criminal to me

Have had an emerg call two times in the past 2 wks. First time... w/ a service contract and warranty it cost 480.00 and four days later- the EXACT same problem. Same tech came out, Nick- very nice and courteous and got the system running again for us. Now- a week later and I’ve been calling the after hours emergency number over 4 hours and no return calls. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Total scammers! Was told we needed to spend 3100. for parts. I called another AC company and not only did they not add the coolant they said but NOTHING was wrong with our AC.
