Tried to sell things that were not needed.
Four people called to set up appointment Monday! Service man could not work on unit because unit was never inspected by Cape Coral inspector! Wasted my time meeting them and there time! Management at action heating has no idea what is going on in the field ! Omar has talked to me 6 times promising to get this unit inspected! Mark Omar’s boss 2 times! Still not done!! The system checkup was fine, as always. We are completely satisfied with the service and the Rheem HVAC. We are getting tired of the high pressure sales pitch every time a technician comes here. They always have a hard time understanding "No, thank you". Anthony was particularly aggressive. He upset my wife very much. Do not send him back here. Just send us a tech who will do the contracted service and leave it at that.
No question these reviews are bogus. Everywhere else the reviews are a 1.5 out of 5 stars. The BBB complaints are terrible about the scams and over charges this company pulls, especially taking advantage of the elderly. They told me the blower motor wheel had mold on it and the coils also. Blower motor was pulled and there was no mold, just dirty, and not heavy dirt at all. Wanted to charge 1300.00 to clean blower wheel and coils. Total scam
Matt is not a dedicated employee. Because it was hot and the lighting not good in the attic he gave up in a few minutes. Turned off the system and recommended a new air handler. Contractor came at 8pm and put in a proper drain line and system working perfectly.you can remove us from your data base. That will be the last time your company will be doing work for us. This is not the first time we have been dissatisfied with your service, but it is the last.
I could go into a lengthy reason why I would never use Action again but simply I was going to be charged 2000.00 dollars to fix my unit but after a 2nd opinion the part was under warranty and the fix was 165.00. The problem was not even what Action diagnosed
