They are good with all treatments. The kind of chemical used is the best kind for treating termites. The price is really good.
Very good experience. The men were very experienced, well mannered/pleasant and efficient. If I had to go through the problem with termites then this is the company I would choose to perform the service. Only time will tell if it worked and I have a 10 year warranty. It went well. A trough was dug about 6 inches below the surface of the entire house and termite prevention solution was applied, then the trough was covered up. I was advised to wait 24 hours before I let my animals in the treated area. They will return every year for a small fee to do an annual inspection. This is required to keep the warranty up to date <br />

It was my responsibility to call the office and when I did, they sent out staff very quickly. However, the office forgot a step--inspection first. Luckily, the termite man asked about the inspection and then offered me the option of inspection now, treatment after.I selected inspection first. He and I walked aroundthe house and he showed me which items I needed to move away from the exterior walls.The termite man did a great job applying the termador. I contacted Action Pest Control because I saw their coupon on Angie's List. The representative scheduled me immediately for an inspection which was carried out in a couple of days. The inspector was right on time and took the time going through our home and on the outside of our property explaining to us in detail what he saw and how severe he thought our infestation was. Estimator arrived on time, surveyed house, diagrammed treatment instructions, explained plan and warranty. Service tech arrived on time, performed treatment as agreed. Since several of our neighbors have experienced termites, we thought it best to make a pre-emptive strike.
