Termites inside. Called on Wednesday to say yes do the treatment. Ryan arrived Thursday to trench and do full drill treatment. They were on time, neat, clearly communicated what was done and cleaned up after themselves. There is 10 yr warranty with a $100 yearly rate fee. Time will tell if termites are gone.
The 10 year warranty makes this a good deal as many termites shops will sell you an annual warranty. The termites always come back so a warranty is important. <br />

Staff were always responsive, very knowledgeable, very calming (a plus), and used the best product available - the new Termidor HE. What impressed me is that that do training for other pest firms in Termidor treatment. Everyone was punctual.
