I noticed that I had termite tubes in my garage. I searched Angie's List and found Action Termite had a special deal on termite treatment. I bought the deal and they showed up the next day. They verified that I did have termites. Treatment was set up for the next day. They showed up on time and were completed sooner than expected. It was hard to tell they had been there. They even removed the old mud trail so it would be easier to spot the termites if they were not all killed in the initial treatment. <br />

Everything was fine. They were very nice and did not leave any messes.
Action Termite Control addressed the issues that we had. My sons cat was dragging in rodents that had chewed threw the wires on my dishwasher. I had them come out to treat the house since I had an annual contract but when the new dishwasher they saw another one. I then called them back and they tried to charge me again, I reminded them that I had an annual contract and they told me that this would be an additional charge. Action Termite Control was pretty good. They got everything done really fast. The only negative I have is that when I set up the appointment, I told them I couldn't do it earlier than 7:30 and then they ended showing up half an hour earlier and I wasn't home. They started without me.
They treated the perimeter of the house with Termidor HE and also injected Termidor foam in the walls where plumbing penetrations would exist thru the concrete slab and termites could enter the house. Ed did the application and I was very impressed. He dug a trench, thoroughly soaked the permitter with chemical, drilled holes in the concrete slab areas/injected chemical, patched the holes so they are hard to see, and cleaned up. It was a great experience. They are a great company.
The initial appointment went well, but when I called back to have a termite inspection done for a home refinance on the same property, they scheduled an appointment for me quickly but called me the day of, and had to cancel because one of there techs had family issues it wouldn't have been an issue but The refinance can't move forward until the inspection is complete, time is money. <br />
