Action Termite Control reached out to me to schedule services the same day that I purchased the deal. The team arrived on time, and performed all services professionally. I received a report of treated areas via email, later that day. I have another property that was treated by Truly Nolen, and this service was superior, and the price more reasonable.
Excellent. Service technician called before arriving. Arrived on the early side of the window. No insects detected after service.
The company followed up my online purchase with a prompt call to schedule. Technician gave us great advice as to what we could do to control the problem. I was most impressed he didn't try to up sell a number of costly services.

We were very pleased with how quickly the company came out, the professionalism, and doing the termite treatment the very next day. The service was completed in about an hour and a half or so due to the house having been treated in the past so holes did not have to be drilled again to treat the termites. We have dogs so were happy it did not take so long. All went well and we were happy to know they will come out to inspect every year and re-treat if needed.
It went very well, from the bid to the service performed. Robert Robles came to my house on time and gave me a very detail estimate that I was very impressed with. He was the second bid, but it blew the first one way with how it was professionally done. Then the day of the service the tech was on time and did exactly what the bid said to do.
Their customer service is awesome. They're a very, very good company!
