It went well. They sent Jeff out to remedy the problem. He first cleaned out the nests and screened in the areas. Since pigeons roost in the same area for life, he had to make sure there were no more areas on the house the pigeons could start to nest again. Jeff screened in the bottom area under the rooftop A/C unit and a couple of small soffits in front of the house as well, leaving no choice for the pigeons other than to move on. It turn out very well. They are excellent. The price seemed good to me, but I didn't shop around. It seem like a reasonable price for me. I will have him back once a year for the next five years.
As I mentioned above, I think the tech should have covered the small hole he said would not be a nesting place. The pigeons are nesting in it and I have pigeon mess all over again. The first time I had them out it was not working. When the anothr guy came out for another area he said the first area was not done correctly and that tech was fired. He re-did the first area. Called Action and received a timely free inspection. Decided to use their services and arranged a treatment date. The service tech arrived on time and did a very thorough job. All employees I interacted with were courteous and professional. I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their service.
The employee was early, he came with a smile and showed me what he was going to do before completing it. I will hire them again to maintain my pest control needs.
