The man worked hard in high temp heat. It appeared he did powerwash the entire roof and under eve cleaning. However he then told me that he could place little boxes that would prevent the pigeon from nesting for only an additional $400. We believed him. Now 2 yrs later the pigeons are back worse than ever. The problem is still here.

John is a very personable guy who does a careful and outstanding job. He is considerate of any animals you may have in your home. This is the second time I have had MasterTech Pest Solutions spray my home inside and outside.

It went well, but a few pigeons still linger

The price was substantially lower than the first bid we got ($1864) and higher than the come-on specials of $599 for treating 200 linear feet. Workers were on time and professional. Since we have had only the initial treatment, we can't give a long-term opinion but have no reason to think the company won't stand behind their guarantee.
I have had them come out the past two years to spray for black widows. Will continue to use them.
Met expectations. Pleasant experience.
As scheduled. Prompt and accommodating on follow up. Tech Danny Rivera was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.
