The technician was on time and answered any questions I had. He was neat and very professional. <br />
Arrived on time, with a courtesy call 30 minutes out. Reviewed any issues we were having and listened to and abided by my specific requests. Emailed an invoice including a full breakdown of the services and evaluation, adding a photo of our property. <br />
They responded to my email and had someone out ASAP. Jason was right on time and such a nice guy. Explained what he was going to do, answered all my questions about the bees and made sure they didn't come through the garage after he was done. I had a few lingering bees and he came back and took care of those as well. Will use Mastertech in the future, thanks! <br />
