Tom was great....we showed him a few areas/bugs we had concerns about....he immediately identified the type and described what attracted them as well as explained what to do to avoid attracting them. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional....we would recommend him. <br />
It went really well. The traps were set and the rats were caught. This is a very responsive company and I would highly recommend them. <br />
I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this service provider. The service technician Tom called in advance of the set appointment to notify me that he was in route. When he arrived, he was very professional and explained fully the process he would be doing to treat the property for pests. He answered all of my questions about the service fully. I had questIons too about possible bees. I had had a different pest control service come out last year and asked about possible bees in the patio overhang posts. ... read more
