Did a good job sprayed in the house and outside the house for ants and bugs, was very polite ,on time, and did a quick job. He was also to do a visual termite inspection that was not done. <br />

I bought a special offer from Angie's List for a one-time pest control treatment. I did not have a problem, but did it as a preventive measure. Everything went perfectly. The technician called ahead that he was on his way, and he came at the scheduled time. He thoroughly treated my entire property, answered my questions. He offered various options for ongoing service, but there was no pressure. The tech arrived early, and was very thorough. I was very impressed by the attitude, being very straight forward about the process, and the warranty guidelines. I would highly recommend them! <br />

My experience was fine. The technician did a thorough job and he explained what he was doing in the appointment. He let me know ahead of time where he would be and how much he would be doing it for. He went over prices for me in case I wanted to use them in the future.

<p>We utilized MasterTech as it had already established itself with good ratings on Angie's list. We used a "Buy it Now" coupon and with the online purchase, we were able to provide the company with available dates for service by email. We received immediate contact and we were able to schedule the appointment for one of the dates that was convenient for us. The technician arrived on time and was friendly. We were very happy with the service and we will use them in the future.</p> <br />

Had noticed a termite trail, and called immediately to schedule an inspection, which was scheduled at my convenience. The inspector arrived ahead of his appointment time and did a thorough inspection inside and outside the house. No other evidence of termites found, so went ahead and set up a time, again at my convenience, to have the house treated. I'm very pleased with the level of service and care that Master Tech has provided me. Brent, the owner, is always very responsive and fits me into their routes, even on a day's notice. My technician, Zach, is the epitome of what you want out of someone who provides a service. He's always on time, he's extremely thorough, very patient and his attention to customer service is impeccable. It's because of Zach that I exclusively use Master Tech for all of my pest control needs. <br />
