.Zach came out at the scheduled time... what a "breath of fresh air" this young man is. Being fairly new to Arizona, I had lots of questions to ask and he answered every one of them. He thoroughly explained what they treat with and what is sprayed. I feel like I have been well-educated regarding the pests that are common in Arizona. I have now signed up for regular service... Zach is an asset to this company! <br />
My experience with Master Tech was great. They came out right away and gave me an honest assessment, that there was hive in my roof and they would likely have to cut into it to remove the entire hive, but would do their best to cut through stucco only to save me a large repair bill with a roofing company. He came back the next day when there still appeared to be some bees swarming and sprayed at no extra cost. The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. The technician was a good guy and worked hard. He showed up on time and was polite. He came out for the service within a week and they were very responsive. The service seems to be working so far.
They provided some additional pest control due to the fact that they were late.
Awesome! After seeing 1 live scorpion in our house on 7/16 (and one dead one the previous week), I called on 7/17, and Zach was able to come out the same day. He was very thorough, polite, professional, and offered other ideas of how to seal the scorpions. He took the time to answer all my questions, since this was the first time we had ever seen a scorpion in our house. We love this company! <br />
The service went well. I paid additional for them to do the service outside the ground level. I thought the additional fee was a little pricey, but the issue has been resolved. The technician was professional, called before he came out and always came on time. He did a good job and I had no issues with scheduling.
