Excellent! The technician, Zach, was on time, clean, professional, and polite. I had questions about spiders and chemicals and he took the time to explain everything in detail. I appreciated the fact that he understood my concerns having 3 cats and 2 dogs, as well as my fear of black widows. He even took the time to look at a photo I took of a spider and I felt like he cared about my experience and fears. The team did an excellent job. they cleaned up after themselves and left everything in good order.They did forget to fill one drilled hole. I called the office and they came back later and filled it in. I was happy with all the staff that I had dealings with. <br /> I asked the office to send me a printed copy of my contract because I was having trouble with my printer. Fast, Efficient, Great Work - not a single sighting/problem after 8 months!
Zack came out to do the routine spraying of the inside and outside of the property. He arrived on time and was very professional. I enjoy working with him. He answers all my questions and concerns when they arise.
Everything turned out well. They were flexible with respect to scheduling, they showed on time, and they did the work as promised. The technician was a bit chatty, but that was only a minor issue. I can't really grade the quality of the work since we moved before we could determine its effectiveness.
