Although this was a long drawn out process with a new build, Adam and his team steadfastly supported us and answered never ending questions … They have no idea how much I appreciated this.
My situation was complicated to say the least and divorce refinances are never easy. Adam and his team waited for me, helped me collect the correct paperwork and were incredibly understanding of my stress and confusion at times. Adam has been such a help to our family. He helped us navigate a very dicey construction loan, and then gave us an amazing refi right out of the gate that lowered our monthly payment by around $600 on a $1M loan. He is very astute and knowledgable about the market and has offered us the best rates we have seen anywhere, even when I have called around just to test the waters and see what the competition may be doing.
