Using the online portal to submit documents was so easy! Adam and his staff communicated with us throughout the entire process and kept us aware of what was going on at all times. Whenever we had a question along the way, someone was available to get back to us in a very timely manner. We never felt like we were just "another client."

Working with Adam and his team was such a smooth process from the start. Adam answered all of my questions to help me decide if a refi was a good option for me. He provided me with detailed information in a very quick time. Most all of the paperwork were all e-signed which made things convenient. The rest of Adam’s team always let me know what next steps I needed to take and communicated with me if there was an issue. They all worked very hard to get me to close in a short amount of time.
