They were the best we have ever worked with. They were fast at getting all of our documents in and getting us approved the same day. Adam was amazing he kept us in the look the entire process even after we closed. Absolutely amazing and we will be back if we ever need to again.
The team went above and beyond at keeping us informed, and being as quick with the loan as possible. We were around 1 month from going under contract to closing, and that was in December with all the holidays.

VanDyke Mortgage was amazing to work with! They were very courteous and always responded to questions promptly. They provided fantastic videos for each step during the mortgage process which were very informative and helpful. The entire staff is excellent. They are all knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.
Adam’s team is amazing. They are very thorough, communicate in a timely manner and are transparent during the whole process. I asked a lot of questions and was always responded to kindly and with patience. I’d go back to them again in a heartbeat.
