They got really good staff! The medicating process is usually smooth! I had a bump in the road this time but other times my detox went awesome!
I prefer different floors
The food was bad
They medicate you properly throughout your whole treatment! They keep you comfortable the whole time!
I think I could of used a longer stay. The taper is rather quick! The manager has been pretty good here! My issues have been listened to while I was here! Some of the reasons for the quick stays are insurances which are beyond the hospitals control!
It’s a fair facility to help others detox and continue into recovery. Stepping stone indeed. Farrah was very sweet when I first came in and showed me where everything is!
Three people hospitalized within the first three days of my time there. Nursing and staff were amazing but the detox medication they gave to people coming off xanax and alcohol was not safe. I told them how much xanax my doctor was prescribing and they did not detox me properly. Ended up in ICU 4 days after coming home. Doctors at the hospital said it was not safe to just give people and anti seizure medicine. Apparently the doctor is against using benzos for alcohol and xanax detox.
