Overall, I would recommend this community. The benefits outweigh the weaknesses, and it is an overall a good value, especially when compared to other nearby communities. I would say the food/dining is a bit of a weakness. Quality is inconsistent, variety is lacking. They often run out of items (hamburger!) or have things on the menu that they refuse to cook (steak). Based on the experience we have had, we would have to give Addington Place a 5 on all except for the food service and the wait staff. They are not very friendly at times but they are getting better. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

5 for all...The Addington Place at College Harbor has been great and my mom is thriving now. The Addington Place is very welcoming. What really stood out to my family and I was the way the community helped my mom get acclimated. From the staff to the residence everyone was super positive and super helpful.

The administration and staff of the independent and assisted living divisions are great. I would recommend Addington for assisted living.

The Addington is almost $[removed] cheaper and they have more outings for clients. We really like all the activities and outings they have for the residents and would recommend them to other families.

It's a wonderful place. My uncle is being very well taken care of. The staff is friendly. The neighborhood is amazing. It was super easy and accommodating. My uncle was very hesitant about signing up and they did a fabulous job convincing him and getting the paperwork set up for a quick move.

Everyone is very friendly, I think the food sometimes gets a bit repetitive but it's not bad and I would like to see them rotate some new regular activities into the schedule. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

The staff are very personable and know the residents by their names. You can tell they want them to all be happy with the facility. They're all friendly. The food is exceptional and there are many choices at meals. They have a great maid service weekly. The facility is clean and they keep renovating. They are now doing new floors through out. I would definitely recommend Addington Place. We are very happy my mother is living there.
