What our family likes the most about the Addington Place at College Harbor is the warm, welcoming environment and staff members. The variety of activities and opportunities to stay active mentally and physically is really good as well

Great outdoor space for walking and just sitting to look at Harbor and visiting with others. Levels of care for Assisted Living.

We are enjoying our stay at Addington Place very much. We visited about ten Senior Living places, and Addington had many more social activities, and the staff were excellent. I would recommend to others.

I would tell others that the food Is very good, but unless the resident plans to eat in the main dining room, food is served only at the start of mealtime. If you get there later, they have no food. There has been bad attitude from some of the staff. My loved one felt bullied and disrespected by some of the staff. Others are very nice and helpful, but I suppose that's true everywhere.

I believe this community saved my loved one. My loved one is engaged with all the activities and residents. They love their room, view, and the community! The community has a pool and keep it clean along with the grounds. The staff are very kind and supportive. The staff were able to assist my loved one in getting settled into the community and making my loved one feel welcomed. They have been supportive in finding the right table for my loved one to sit at in the dining room with the support of other residents.

The quality of the staff and the activities stood out to us at this facility. The staff is very friendly. From the receptionist to the nurses, sales and and maintenance teams, all are respectful to the residents, eager to help, and caring. They all take part in activities, parties, and outings. There is a staff member who runs a chair yoga and weight training program that my mother loves. She loves the monthly parties and the weekly current event discussions. Our family had an in person tour and we had a really nice tour experience, the staff were friendly but it was just to expensive for our family

My mother is participating in exercise and attends the different events on the property. She goes on outings to Publix and Walgreens, so she's getting around and getting to know people - which is a good sign. The price is a little expensive, but given the amenities, the cleanliness, and the friendliness - the value is good. I would definitely recommend Addington Place to friends and other family members. My loved ones are happy at Addington Place. The community is beautiful and the staff really care about the residents. There are lots of activities available for the residents to participate in. They truly have something for everyone. There are two meals a day with the option to purchase a third meal. There are snacks readily available at anytime for the residents.
