Verified Renter We live in a nice quiet park of the community and the neighbors have been welcoming but our apartment smelt like old cigarette smoke that tried to be covered up. Still thankful for getting to be here though.

Verified Renter Not too bad of a place to live in, but it does have its ups and downs. They have a beautiful walk pathway to take walks, walk your dog. Area is pretty quiet, rent isn’t too expensive, but it does add up with utilities, gas, water, electric, internet.. etc. One downside, I wish they would invest in more trash pickup areas, the main one gets crazy overfilled every weekend, trash spilling out like crazy. Verified Renter I am enjoying my experience living here so far, the only negative I have is that all the streetlights at the end of Addison way where it connects to Primrose lane are out. It’s very dark

Verified Renter Extremely friendly and professional staff in the leasing office. I'd love to give 5/5 stars, but my apartment has a fracture in the wall plaster that was there upon arrival and my dishwasher has been broken for three months now. Other than that I love it here. The view from my apartment is lovely and the park is easy to access.
