Verified Renter Extremely friendly and professional staff in the leasing office. I'd love to give 5/5 stars, but my apartment has a fracture in the wall plaster that was there upon arrival and my dishwasher has been broken for three months now. Other than that I love it here. The view from my apartment is lovely and the park is easy to access.

Good short term lease Lived here while working at fort lee for a short period of time and really enjoyed it. They are flexible with lease terms and work with military. Nice clean neighborhood, would recommend.

Great staff and apartments are beautiful The staff is super friendly and the apartments look great. None available at the time but they even have garages and storage units if you need more storage space!

Great place to live! Addison Crater Woods has been such a blessing to my family and myself due to our displacement due to a fire! The leasing consultants Sydney & Rebecca were excellent from start to finish as well as the property manager its very rare that your able to speak with a property manager she is awesome as well as her Team! Sydney was very knowledgeable of the apartments as well as very diligent with all the documentation that had to be sent to the insurance companies ! Awesome Place to live. Addison Crater Woods is an awesome calm place to live. So far the staff has been extremely helpful in particular Emily, Jasmine and Courtney who has been helping me put with everything since I was coming to Virginia from overseas.
