Great location Been here over a year now. No problems. Great community. Nice basketball court and fitness room.

I love how clean you all keep the area and make sure any issues get tooken care of immediately and professionally. Also, the location is very convenient to any personal needs and attractions. Thank u to every addison apartment staff member you make me feel very welcomed and important.
Verified Renter Ultimately amenities are not being at their best and maintenance is taking long in completing orders. Rent is increasing and I dont see the value of it.

Verified Renter It would have be great but I was supposed to move in on 9th of September then it changed to the 11th but unfortunately it changed again to the 19th which made me have to pay for a hotel because I couldn’t stay where I originally were. I had surgery on the 14th which moving in on the ninth would have made more sense but I couldn’t so I had to pay out-of-pocket to live in a hotel from the eighth through the18th which means I don’t have any money anymore. Verified Renter All maintenance does is drive around on a golf cart, and pick up the trash when someone important is coming by. The amenities are never open and what they advertise is false. For example, the big gym you see online is in the community center that has been locked for the last 2 years that I lived here. Including the office gym is shut down for a year now, and the smaller gym the door is always stuck. Terrible place to live TL;DR Do not move here. As someone that works from home, I had to move out before renewing my lease. The neighbors on all sides of me were absolutely chaotic. I probably called the office over 100 times as well as the police and fire department. Take your money elsewhere if you value your peace of mind.

Pests My family and I have been bit by spiders when I told management they said I had to pay $200.00 to have my home sprayed. We already had giant roaches, that were even crawling on the outside of the building setting off my Ring camera. They later conducted a pest control inspection of the apts. near me. They found a apt. where the person had moved out early and since we had roaches he was not there to kill them the numbers grew to alot!! The next apt. had bedbugs which had spread to my apartment. This crap hole They say they don't rent to college students. That's a darn lie. I'm sitting here in my car looking for parking because these idiots in the leasing office decided to rent the pool area to college students. They took up handicap parking and any parking near my building. But yet we are too dumb to give assigned parking. This makes no sense that I need to call the police just to get the noise to stop so I can go to sleep and get ready for another work day.

Horrible experience I moved my mother into this place temporarily before we bought our first home. The maintenance men were always so pleasant and helpful but the office workers were unskilled, unprofessional and very rude. I promise I will never recommend this place to anyone I know. They never took our complaints seriously, overcharged, and took advantage of my elderly mother.
