Works great, just as expected Works great, just as expected. Scans items quickly on duplex and very clear. I am using with a USB cable and no issues with the software. I use it to scan invoices/receipts for my business. Scanned over 500 documents so far. Very satisfied and I highly recommend if you need a great compact duplex scanner.

Pages get snagged sometimes Just ok. I love the auto duplex function, but it has an unfortunate habit of pages going in uneven, or getting snagged on the right side as they're going in. I use a fuji something at work, which was more expensive, but it works without snagging the pages.

So far, the scanner has worked as expected. ... So far, the scanner has worked as expected. There have been no hardware problems. My only problem has been feeding the paper to be scanned in completely straight and that's more me than the scanner.

Five Stars Super fast scanner
Highly recommended. A great desktop scanner. My mission for this year is to get rid of paper clutter. The Brother ADS1000W hooked up to my Mac and the PDFScanner software are an amazing combination. This scanner is amazingly fast and I love that it scans double sided.
